The Apartment

Owned by Boyse and King,  a stunning 5 star, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment, located in the exclusive development of Praia Village.  There are just 42 apartments at this location and all the apartments over look the large swimming pool and separate children’s pool.  The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed via either stairs or the lift.  There is a ramp specifically designed for wheelchair access. There is also plenty of off street parking and Apartment T comes with two private secure underground parking bays.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of storage, a safe and is en-suite with a Jacuzzi bath and shower over.  Double doors leading onto the patio area.

Second bedroom

The second bedroom has twin beds, plenty of storage and is en-suite with a hydro massage shower.

Third Bedroom

The third bedroom has twin beds and plenty of storage, and is located next to the family bathroom, which has a bath and shower overhead.

The Lounge

The lounge is tastefully decorated with a large three seater, two seater and brown leather chair.  A large LCD television with sky installed, and a DVD player for your comfort.  The dining area has a large glass extendable table and six chairs.  There are large doors leading onto the patio area, which is overlooking the pool area, and has a patio table and four comfy chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob.  A table and four chairs.  All crockery, cooking utensils and pans etc are available for your use.  There is a separate area for drying clothes outside the kitchen.

The bedrooms and lounge have been fitted with dimmer switches, and all rooms have individual air-conditioning units, which also provide hot air should it be required.  There is also central vacuum fitted.
